Head of Human Resources
The incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance in the leadership of the Company by playing a strategic role, being a change agent and strongly exhibiting company core values. Should have strong experience in policy making and change management / HR transformation. Good team management/leadership skills with innovative thinking and good strategic sense. He / she will be responsible for entire HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, etc.

Job profile:
MBA in HR from an accredited university with at least 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management/leadership role at a large organization.

Candidate from healthcare background will be preferred.
