Your Impactful Goals will include:
RAN Network Voice and Data KPI Performance management
Smart Operations with optimized Opex and operational excellence for continuous improvement
Energy OPEX reduction initiatives to drive efficiency in network energy consumption area
RF Network Optimization KPIs and customer experience improvement
Drive initiatives to improve Network NPS in South regions
Network Availability KPI improvement drive in an outsource operating model
Vendor SLA management and performance Governance
Network Preventive maintenance activities Governance and performance drive
Modernized way of work integration through available Tools
Regional areas visits and engagement with regional Sales teams to support business activities
Drive network performance improvement through Vendors/business partners
Stakeholder management through effective relationship building
Periodic formal engagement with internal stakeholders, PGA, Legal.
Financial discipline in line with company guidelines
Devise plans to improve cluster level profitability by optimizing technology OPEX
Coordination and Collaboration with sharing Network partners
Coordination with B2B teams for the corporate accounts,

Your Typical Day will look like:
Network KPI monitoring and improvement plans for low performing areas/Zones
Weekly/daily performance analysis and teams engagement
Daily performance management meeting with outsource vendors
Weekly/Monthly activities Financial reconciliation for regional activities
Regional Business cases review and approval process to secure
Network preventive maintenance activities review
Energy OPEX daily dashboard review and low performing sites action plans progress tracking
Integrated Tools effect realization and improvement areas to highlight to vendors
Cluster base KPI achievement view and guidance to teams
Customer complaints dashboard review
RF KPI dashboard and follow up on PTA and quarterly improvement plans
Network preventive maintenance gap analysis and improvement recommendations
Regional action register follow up for areas to improve after each PM cycle

What we’re looking for

Education:
