SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) was established in 2001 as a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan. As an operational arm of State Bank, SBP BSC operates through a network of 16 Field Offices across the country having Its Head Office at Karachi. In order to further strengthen its Engineering Department, SBP BSC invites applications from talented Pakistani/AJK nationals possessing requisite qualification and experience for the following positions:

1- Sr. Joint Director-Civil (OG-5)
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelors degree (BE/BS/B.Sc) in the relevant discipline from HEC recognized university with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Additional qualification i.e., Masters degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage. In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) is to be submitted at the time of submission of application.
Age: Maximum 45 years as on the last date of submission of application to SBP BSC. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from FATA, Northern Areas/Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir. Employees of SBP and its subsidiaries, possessing requisite qualification and experience are eligible to apply without upper age limit.
Experience: The candidates must have a minimum of eighteen (18) years of relevant post-qualification experience with supervisory capabilities and demonstrated/verifiable track record of smoothly running respective engineering related function in dynamic and comparable public/private sector organizations. Preparation and reviewing of tender/bidding documents with respect to PPRA guidelines will be an added advantage. Candidate having building works experience will be preferred.

Selection Procedure
Candidates shortlisted by SBP BSC will be invited for interview before Bank’s Selection Board. Successful candidates shall be selected in order of merit subject to the observance of provincial/regional and other quota provisions as prescribed by Government of Pakistan.

Preparation and analyzing of tender/bidding documents with respect to PPRA guidelines will be an added advantage. Candidates having experience of building works/HVAC will be preferred.

4- Senior Architect (OG-3)
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Architecture from HEC recognized university/institute with a valid membership of PCATP. Additional qualification i.e., Masters degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage. In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) is to be submitted at the time of submission of application.
Age: Maximum 35 years as on the last date of submission of applications to SBP BSC. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from FATA, Northern Areas/Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir. Employees of SBP and its subsidiaries, possessing requisite qualification and experience are eligible to apply without upper age limit.
Experience: The candidates must have a minimum of eight (08) years of relevant post-qualification experience with supervisory capabilities and demonstrated/verifiable track record of smoothly running architectural related function in dynamic and comparable public/private sector organizations. Preparation and analyzing of tender/bidding documents with respect to PPRA guidelines will be an added advantage. Candidates having experience of AutoCAD/3DS Max software will be preferred.

5- Assistant Executive Engineer Civil (OG-2)
6- Assistant Executive Engineer Electrical (OG-2)
7- Assistant Executive Engineer Mechanical (OG-2)
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelors degree (BE/BS/B.Sc) in the relevant discipline from HEC recognized university/institute having minimum 60% marks and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Additional qualification
i.e., Masters degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage. In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, equivalence certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) is to be submitted at the time of submission of application.
Age: Maximum 30 years as on the last date of submission of applications to SBP BSC. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from FATA. Northern Areas/Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir. Employees of SBP and its subsidiaries, possessing requisite qualification and experience are eligible to apply without upper age limit.
Experience: The candidates must have a minimum of one (01) year of relevant post-qualification experience in renowned public/private sector organizations. Preparation and analyzing of tender/bidding documents with respect to PPRA guidelines will be an added advantage.

The candidates who meet the above eligibility criteria are required to register themselves with SBP BSC/lnstitute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) for appearing in the written test to be conducted by IBP. The candidates (only eligible) who qualify the written test will be invited for interview before Bank’s Selection Board. Successful candidates shall be selected in order of merit subject to the observance of provincial/regional and other quota provisions as prescribed by Government of Pakistan.
