WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Sabirs’ group is looking for Customer Services Representatives/Officers (In-bound Helpline, based at Lahore) for its FMCG project, to strengthen its customer service channel. In future, this project might have another wing for tele-sales & marketing, as well.

The Candidate should possess excellent communication skills. Must have a bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years experience of handling pressure and difficult customers (Phone banking experience will preferred). Selected candidates will be given detailed orientation and training.
