The incumbent should have experience of managing the repair & maintenance of mega Commercial and Public sectors establishments.
Manages financials in support of both Maintenance and Repair and Project Management budget.
Ensures compliance with facility operating procedures, processes, work rules, national, state and local safety and operating codes as well as regulatory compliance.
Ensures projects are completed to the satisfaction of the end-user, successfully managing budgets/financials, schedules, key performance indicators, and contractual requirements.
Interacts with end-user’s operations support offices, vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives as required, and develops close working relationships with various business leaders/stakeholders throughout the organization.
Oversees day-to-day operations of the team to attain established goals and objectives.
To carry out Schedule Risk Analysis by developing risk model and duration uncertainties using Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) software.
Prepare Project Risk Management Framework, System & Criteria and other risk management key documents
To conduct risk management training with project teams for better understanding of risk management framework and facilitate proper implementation on projects
Responsible for reliability maintenance.
Provides leadership to the operation insuring an accident-free workplace.
Maximizes full use of organization’s resources. Clearly understands the roles, responsibilities, authority, and accountabilities of each team member.
Present risk management status to Project Leadership Team & generate monthly risk management reports.
Experience in managing the routine repairs and periodic scheduled maintenance of mega Commercial and Public sector establishment/projects
Hands on experience of Risk & Primavera Analysis.
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
Exemplify a strong attention to detail
Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
