Recruiting Coordinator – KeepTruckin – Lahore Pakistan

As a Recruiting Coordinator you will have an integral role to support and assist in the recruitment process to help meet the needs of our expanding business. You will be assisting a dynamic team of recruiters and oversee scheduling of candidates, job postings, and contribute to enhancing the recruiting process. As a natural people person, you have strong communication skills, intuition, and empathy.

Responsibilities
Schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a great interview experience
Assist with editing job descriptions and postings
Research ways to best utilise our ATS (Lever)
Run weekly metric reports
Assist with sourcing candidates and take part in interview screenings
Partner with Recruiters, other Leaders to coordinate schedules
Serve as on-site host to high-profile candidates during their on-site visits to make sure interview schedules flow smoothly
Able to multi-task and prioritise with little guidance
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on providing good customer service

Qualifications
Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred
Self-driven and highly collaborative work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-level candidates
Integrity and dependability with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Engaging and confident personality and experience building collaborative relationships with Leaders
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Naturally curious, innovative and always looking for ways to improve processes
An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
