Qualification:
Essential
– MBA (HRM) / MS (Management) from HEC recognized university.

Desirable
Master Degree in training related subject from any leading local / foreign university.

Experience:
Essential
– Minimum seven (07) years dynamic work experience in designing and creating corporate training program in HEC recognized university.
– Proven experience in developing, managing and evaluating training modules, focused programs, resources, orientation and other related T&D services.

Desirable
– Certified Trainer with advance level knowledge and experience. Also worked as lead consultant/trainer in any leading multinational firm.
– Ability to develop collaborative relationships and credibility with students, faculty, staff and senior university administration.
– Demonstrated integrity, professional maturity, judgment, tact and conflict resolution skills.
– Strong commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

– Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.
– Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
– 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
– NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC & recommendation from Head of Institution.
– In process of pursuing a degree.
– Medically unfit.
– Only selected candidates will be contacted & issued Offer Letter. Other candidates with good profiles may also be selected as “Reserve”
