Finance Manager
Organization: Non-profit; U.S. based
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Required Qualifications and Minimum Years of Experience:
Masters Degree in Finance from a nationally/internationally recognized university and a minimum of 6 years financial management experience.
Candidates who have earned ICMA/CIMA / ACCA / CA designation must meet a minimum of 3 years financial management experience

Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in areas of portfolio management, risk evaluations and assessments, auditing, developing and preparing financial statements, reporting and budgeting, forecasting, disbursement of payrolls along with capacity building.
Ability to interpret financial data and reporting and the capability to advise senior management to enhance service delivery capacity, professional management and to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems is highly desired.
Familiarity with American accounting systems is highly desired, e At least one year of direct supervisory experience is preferred.
