Job Description
Minimum 15 years experience of healthcare industry in a Senior Management Position. 3 years out of which should be as Dy. Chief Executive / COO of a Medium to large sized concern.

Job Responsibilities:
Carry out strategic planning and development, its economic impact for implementation, devising and implementing marketing campaigns, ensuring their short-term and long-term objectives in line.
Prudently manages day to day operations, and ensures a smoothly functioning and Oversees support and logistics and makes adjustments as necessary.
Monitor profitability & growth and achieve financial objectives in line with Business Unit (BUs) financial budget with approval of company Management and apprise the company Board accordingly.
Prudently manages BUs resources within the budget guidelines and according to policies and procedures.
Devise alternative and innovative ideas for achieving business goals in line with company HO.
Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating conditions of the company.
Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Guides the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel design to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of organization.
Oversee daily working of the company and the work of executives (business segments; Pharmacies, Labs, IT, business development, Admin etc.).
Manages relationships with stakeholders / partners / vendors.
Liaise through team /staff with partners, including stakeholders, to manage activities, often a year in advance and to address the seasonality patterns and explore new opportunities to drive business in health industry.
Coordinates with human resource department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees.
To reshape the operations for optimal productivity and utilize the ability for using business tools like artificial intelligence, process design and emerging innovations in health care industry that can provide a cutting edge opportunity to company to grow as a market leader.
Liaison with relevant authorities including HO, ED (Medical Services), GHQ, Civil Authorities for health/pharmacy/labs related projects.
