Required Senior Assistant, Student Health

Responsibilities:
This is a contractual position for 6 months. Reporting to the Student Health Nurse, you will be responsible for:
coordinating all administrative assignments of assigned project
liaising with inter/intra-department stakeholders for smooth functioning of assigned task
maintaining all relevant records as required for internal/external reporting
managing financial procedure as per institutional need and timely process subject requirements
supporting faculty members and student health staff for their routine administrative assignments
continually working toward enhancing competencies in job setting by learning new skills of data presentation and analysis
assisting in any other task given by supervisor on need basis.

Requirements:
You should have:
a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling administrative tasks
good Communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in English (both written and oral)
proficient use of computer packages MS office specially in Excel and PowerPoint
be a self-starter with minimum need of supervision
ability to meet tight deadlines.
