CASH MANAGEMENT MANAGER PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION (OPS & MIS)

Qualification: Minimum Graduation, preferably MBA / Master’s from local / foreign University / Institute recognized by HEC
Age: Up to 40 Years
Experience: 09 years of Banking experience, out of which preferably 05 years in similar position / department Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for managing project Implementations from Workbook submission to successful launch and smooth operations thereafter
– Manage all tasks and reports status of implementation and ensures the task plan fits the size and scale of the implementation and owns the outcome of the implementation
– Identify key milestones of implementation based on size and scale. Conducts project level meetings and ensures appropriate representation is invited based on size and scale of initiative
– Determine if escalation is needed based on assessment of the implementation that is being managed
– Conduct customer visits to determine readiness and ensure and assesses readiness of all aspects of implementation
– Consult with prospects and customers in coordination with RM team to identify needs and recommend the cash Management services to meet those needs
– Recommend improvements in existing products or product mix to meet competitive products and new technologies,
– Maintain contact with major accounts within jurisdiction and ensures quality service to customers.
– Timely ensures reconciliation of cash collections/disbursements
– Ensure that incoming transaction/outgoing transactions are processed as per prescribed model
– Educate line account officers in assigned territory in the knowledge and use of cash management services
– Assist in developing new training courses when new products are introduced
– Adherence and compliance of already set Cash Management policies and procedures
– Monitoring of monthly / annual business targets
– Report to Head-Cash Management Wing

Assessment Test / Interview:
– Only shortlisted applicants meeting the above criteria will be called for an assessment test for officer level positions.
– The candidates qualifying the assessment test will be invited for panel interview.

Employment Type:
– The employment will be on Contractual basis, initially for three years and renewable with mutual consent.
– Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy/rules
