Job Description
The Hunar Foundation (THF), a NPO, empowers the marginalized girls & boys through technical/vocational training in 6 institutes all across Pakistan making them gainfully employed. With over 4000 graduates contributing Rs.345 million annually to the economy, THF is working towards the vision of A Skilled Pakistan.

Principals / Operation Managers for Institute:
BS/MS in Engineering / Management / Academics. 10 plus years of experience in the academic and operations management with at least 05 years in a leadership position. Must be result oriented professional with skills to organize teams and develop processes. Knowledge of academic management systems is a plus. Conversant with periodic academic reporting and dashboard development. Engineering professionals from armed forces should also apply.
